Mariela Vargas-Irwin, PsyD, BCBA-D
Dr. Vargas obtained her doctoral degree from Rutgers University, completed her internship at Boston Children’s Hospital, and pursued post-doctoral training at the Judge Baker Children’s Center. She has over twenty years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders with behavioral challenges. Dr. Vargas has worked as a home-based behavioral therapist, overseen home-based programs, designed training protocols for ABA therapists and supervisors, and consulted with families and schools. Her interests include inclusion, social skills, and executive behavior.
Jessica Friedrich, M.A., BCBA, LABA

Jessica has worked with children in a variety of different settings for the past 5 years, and with children with developmental disabilities for the past 4 years, serving as a BCBA for 1 of those years. She began her career in ABA 3 years ago, where she fell in love with the field and the children. Jessica completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Westfield State University where she continued her education to complete her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience working in a school system with children of all ages and in the home setting with children ranging from 1 to 16 years old.
Cassandra Whitman, M.A., BCBA, LABA

Cassandra has worked with children in a variety of settings for the past 9 years. She began her career in ABA 3 years ago, going on to complete her Masters degree in Autism Specturm Disorders at Elms College.
Paul Simeone, M.A., CCC-SLP, ATP

Paul is a licensed speech-language pathologist in Massachusetts, a certified It Takes Two to Talk® parent trainer, and a certified assistive technology professional. In addition, he is PROMPT-trained. After graduating with his Master’s degree from Lehman College in New York, Paul worked as a speech therapist in Yonkers Public Schools. It was there that he discovered a calling for working with children with complex communication needs. In 2015, he returned with his wife and two daughters to his home state and continued to specialize in functional communication, social language development, and alternative augmentative communication.
Kate Warner, MSW, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Warner obtained her Master’s degree from Simmons College School of Social Work in 2008. She earned her undergraduate degree at Middlebury College where she studied Theatre Arts. She has over 5 years of professional experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. She has provided direct developmental support to young children as well as psychotherapy to children, adults, and families. She has led socialization groups as well as parent support and psychoeducational groups. She utilizes CBT and other evidence-based methods in her practice and is passionate about helping individuals and families lead the healthiest and most fulfilling lives possible.
Director of Accounting and Administration
Tracey graduated with a degree in general arts from Massachusetts Bay Community College and studied Child Growth and Development at Weelock College. She has over 20 years’ experience in accounting, finance, and general office management. Tracey completed her EEC Director II certification and has over 15 years’ experience in child care as a Lead Preschool Teacher and Lead After-School Teacher.
