Ms. Mole obtained her Master’s of Social Work from Smith College in 2012. She has seven years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders using Applied Behavioral Analysis. She has experience running social skills groups and using ABA with children with various developmental delays in private homes, group homes, and school settings. Ms. Mole also has six years experience working as a Clinical Social Worker with all ages in an elementary school and outpatient health center setting using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other approaches.

Ms. Warner obtained her Master’s degree from Simmons College School of Social Work in 2008. She earned her undergraduate degree at Middlebury College where she studied Theatre Arts. She has over 5 years of professional experience working with children with developmental delays and disabilities and their families. She has provided direct developmental support to young children as well as psychotherapy to children, adults, and families. She has led socialization groups as well as parent support and psychoeducational groups. She utilizes CBT and other evidence-based methods in her practice and is passionate about helping individuals and families lead the healthiest and most fulfilling lives possible.

Taylor Young, MSW, LCSW
Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Young obtained her Master’s of Social Work from Boston College in 2016. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities across myriad settings including hospitals, residential programs, detention centers, public and private schools, and clients’ homes. Additionally, she has over four years experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders using Applied Behavioral Analysis. Taylor was the recipient of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Grant in the final year of her graduate studies and privileged to be trained in the adolescent behavioral health workforce. Ms. Young obtained her undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Northeastern University. She is passionate about fusing the rigor of behaviorism with the compassion and collaboration of psychotherapy. Ms. Young is also a certified Kids Yoga Instructor.
