Behavior Intervention Team
The Behavior Intervention Team is comprised of a developmental pediatrician and a behavior analyst working together to assess children and adolescents with oppositional, disruptive, aggressive or self-injurious behavior. The assessment results in a Behavior Support Plan and consideration of the need for psychopharmacological intervention. Urgent care appointments are available.
The Feeding Team provides multidisciplinary assessment and treatment for children with feeding problems such as restricted diets, disruptive behavior during meals, and insufficient caloric intake. The treatment is grounded in a combination of behavioral approaches, specialized medical interventions, and speech and occupational therapy techniques in order to address the multiple causes and challenges that are a part of feeding disorders.
